All Rubes Now

Just because dead-enders don’t/can’t recognize how more fulfilling their lives are in their passionate martyrdom than they’d ever have been had CLINTON INC clinched on schedule in February doesn’t mean their self-righteous furies don’t occasionally have basis in what passes for facts. WAAH!

Sh’it, the odds that one dead-ender would admit that, roles reversed, he’d be believing what obamacans now believe are exactly the same as an obamacan denying she’d be decrying the disenfranchisement of Floriganders and Michidians if Obama needed their votes.

I was riding backwards in the trunk of this guy’s jeep on way to United past Saturday, and as we passed beneath what I think was the Riggs Road bridge over the Beltway, he reiterated for the umpteenth time that anyone taking a partisan side in this jackass rumble is batshit insane, and perhaps it was my perspective out the rear window of a jeep at that very moment, but true dat.

Rubes, contemplate the turds of reconciliation we’ll be asked to eat, and to obamacans, hold your noses and swallow your jealously that they’ll taste shittier to dead-enders than to you. To the losers go the victories.

That Guy is only right if you agree to the rest of his premise. (I wasn’t there but I do know the rest of the premise.) Of course after you fail to take sides in the Democratic primary you WILL hold your nose and whatever other body part you must and vote for the Democratic candidate in November. Just in case somebody might think that he means you shouldn’t be involved at all.

sasha, until 2000 I had never voted in a primary-I lived in Mi then and voted for McCain, but voted for Gore in the GE-this year is only the second time that I have ever voted in a primary(the first for my wife) we both voted for Obama here in Texas. This year also marks the very first time in my life that I have actually given money to help elect a candidate, I sent money to Obama, and will likely send more if he is the candidate. Will I vote for hrc if she is the candidate, right now the answer is no, same with my wife. Neither of us like the way she has campaigned-deep in the mud, and really pissing off the AA’s, does she think that they will vote for her if she upsets Obama, and always moving the goalposts to prove that she is the winner-her people are always quoting polls to say that she is(I guess that it all depends on what the meaning of is is) the only one who can defeat st john- despite being 200 delegates behind, and no way to catch up. Her popular vote meme is also bogus. But, will the feminists who have invested so much of themselves in having hrc as the dem candidate vote for Obama? Yes, you mention SCOTUS, but will that be enough to make them hold their noses and vote Obama? Will there be a convention like the one in 68, feminists on one side, and Obama supporters on the other in a death match which destroys the national dem party. That is what I am worried about. Then the repigs reap the dem disaster.

I am hopeful that Hillary, once she is convinced that she is out of this thing which, I hope, will be next week, will speak up for Obama. That assumes, of course, that she is still ambitious and isn’t ready to give up all hope of political office including the Senate. Once Hillary and Nancy Pelosi and even *gag* Dianne Feinstein get out there on the stump explaining thing, I believe that folks will fall in line. We’ll know a lot more about that this time next week.

sasha, hopeful? you mean that you have no idea what hillary will do if she is not named the candidate? If, If, the sd’s go in a mass for Obama rather than buying the very convoluted tale that hillary is spinning, will she go along with the majority, or will she go to court and sue, saying that because I won-the popular vote, mi, fl, or what ever meme she wants to use-I should be the candidate, would she be laughed out of court? If mi and fl state organizations agree with what ever the DNC decides today, will she go and find one disgruntled person in either state and carry the fight to the convention-she said that she would take the fight to the convention, if mi or fl wanted her to? If the supers all go to Obama after 3 june, and some of her supers change over to Obama, will she concede, or will she pull a Kennedy in 1980 and go to a floor fight? Meanwhile, Obama’s grassroots organization in all 50 states is doing a massive voter registration drive. Does HRC’s organization have anything to do with this? Or is she, because she lost by both the delegate count, and the total number of states-28 to 20- going to pick up her marbles and go home?
