The Iraqi Air Force…..Not.
A few Cessna’s, a couple of helicopters and transports. That is it. No combat aircraft.
The Bush administration has always said that we will stand down as the Iraqi’s stand up. How can they do that without an Air Force?
This is galling evidence that the present administration has never intended to fully leave Iraq.

not true. The Iraq’s have 8 MI-17 gunships and have been flying them on several missions. The have the Cessna 208 with rockets.. The plans is to get them flying so eberyone can leave. Airpower is necessary. Whoever controls the skies controls the ground.
Checkout CAFTT website. They have a time table to get the airforce up and flying.
