While You Were Sleeping

Bushco is busy setting up a side deal with Iraq whereby we provide security forever, unilaterally decided by Bush without Congressional approval or oversight. Think Obama or Hillary are getting us out of Iraq? Think again.

Bush is again in fantasy land. Oil is kissing $105 a barrel now. I don’t think America will be able to afford to keep troops there anymore.

Max, It all depends on whether China, India, and the Middle East are willing to fund it. They call the shots, now. They have become the new “deciders” in Washington.

We still have a Congress that appropriates funds for such things.
